    The Federal Housing Administration provides 96.5%, 3.5% down, low rate, FHA mortgage loans with lower interest rates, fees, and costs associated than most lenders in this market. We work with many property types and specialize in manufactured home loans. Many small banks limit loan amounts to 80% instead of going as high as 96.5%, like the FHA or even the 100% that the VA allows. It is up to what risk that bank wants to take; at Manufactured Nationwide, we fight to find the right program for you.

  2. Taxes and Insurance Escrowed.

    Including your taxes and insurance in an FHA home loan payment means you won't be scrambling to find the money when renewal time comes for the homeowner’s insurance agent or the tax time. Usually, these bills come at the most inopportune time, so combining them ensures you will never be at risk for force-placed insurance or real estate property tax liens.

  3. Credit Scores Down To 640.

    Low credit, no active credit, some late payments, older bankruptcies, medical issues and collections, and falling on hard times are many factors that contribute to a low credit score. Not every FHA Manufactured Home lender will entertain financing low credit scores, yet we can do it with some finesse.
